Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly coat two cookie sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large glass bowl, cream the softened butter and margarine using a hand-held electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy and pale.
- Using a wooden spoon, stir in the powdered sugar, flour, and vanilla until the fats bind the flour into a smooth, pliable dough.
